Sunflower Hub provides Supported Independent Living and disability support for people with complex support needs across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
We support people living in their own homes and in Specialist Disability Accommodation, including private one-bedroom SDA apartments in Loganlea where experienced support is available 24 hours a day.

At Sunflower Hub, we take the time to understand the person behind the support plan — how you communicate, what makes you feel safe, the routines that matter to you and how you want to live.
Our team supports people with complex physical, cognitive and psychosocial support needs. We work alongside participants, families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals to provide consistent, practical support at home and in the community.

At Loganlea, we support people living in their own private one-bedroom SDA apartments. You have your own kitchen, your own living space and your own front door — with an experienced Sunflower Hub team available 24/7.
We get to know the little things. How you like your morning to start. What makes a hard day easier. When you want company and when you'd rather have your own space.
Because this is your home. We're there to support you to live in it your way.

How we can support you
Supported Independent Living
From getting ready in the morning to winding down at night, we're there for the everyday stuff — personal care, meals, medication, routines and whatever helps your day run well.
Complex & High-Intensity Support
Some people need more support, and that's okay. Our team is trained and supported to work alongside people with complex needs, taking the time to learn what keeps you safe, comfortable and feeling like yourself.
Getting Out & About
Appointments, shopping, coffee, the beach, trying something new or heading somewhere you already love. We'll support you to stay connected and do more of what matters to you.
Support at Home
Sometimes you just need a hand at home. We'll work around your routines, preferences and the way you like things done — because it's your home, not our workplace.
This is much closer to Sunflower Hub.
The line “because it's your home, not our workplace” is particularly strong for you. It reflects what you are constantly trying to teach your support workers about SIL.
And importantly, it gives the 24/7 high-support message without making the participant sound like a collection of complex needs.
