Welcome to Sunflower Hub, where we believe in doing disability support differently. Founded in April 2024 by Sue and Lianne, our mission is to provide genuine, compassionate, and participant-first care that truly makes a difference.
Our Story
After years in the sector, we saw how many organisations prioritised profit over people. Determined to change that, we launched Sunflower Hub to break down barriers and make the NDIS system work for those it’s meant to serve.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA): We are actively sourcing new, accessible SDA homes to provide tailored, participant-focused support that feels like home.

Barrier-Breaking Solutions: We go beyond the basics to help participants achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and live life their way.
